my cat would agree, the packaging was late but the contents were in perfect shape. the provide everything for it to work on your computer. The power cable plugs in to any USB port. Once plugged in, you just change your input to the mixer. the female voice part makes me sound like an old lady and the child one makes me sound like a chipmunk. it has plenty of ports for mics, earbuds ect. It works great for the price for messing around. highly recommend.
